Here are the following Hallmark Ts and Cs:
- – Offer is for a free kitchen installed (including walk in pantry if noted on plan) for any Build Contract signed on select Hallmark designs only as noted on the website during the promotional period.
- – Promotional period – Build Contract must be signed by 30th November 2024 and contract to become unconditional with deposit paid in full on or before 20 December 2024.
- – All kitchen Appliances are excluded from this promotion.
- – Offer excludes all Hallmark Prestige series designs and other Hallmark designs not specified on the website as part of this promotion.
- – Free kitchen promotion applies only to the kitchen sizes as shown on our original plan and designed by our nominated kitchen manufacturer and will only include items included in the original kitchen joinery quotation, excluding any upgrades.
- – Kitchens include engineered stone benchtops (select range from joiner) with laminate top (select range from joiner) for walk-in pantry as shown on the design.
- – Kitchen hardware (select range) to be chosen within the approved range supplied by the joiner.
- – Upgrades or changes to the design are available and will be treated and charged as an extra variation to the contract for any changes above the original design cost.
- – Renders of kitchens are artist impressions only and specifications may differ. Kitchens do not include waterfall ends, splashbacks or overcupboards and these can be upgraded as an optional extra.
- – The value of the kitchen is determined by the original design and will be plan dependant.
- – Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer ie: cash discounts etc.
- – Laundry or any other cabinetry are excluded from this offer.
- – Hallmark Homes management reserves the right to amend the terms or remove this promotion at any time without notice.
